21-12-2016 After some argument, Sri N.K.Agrawal, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Firoz Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Amresh Kumar, learned Assistant Counsel to Sri Ramakant Sharma, learned senior law officer for Vigilance Deptt., seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.
