NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired from the post of ASI from Arwal, district, Jehanabad on 31.07.2007. He submits that GPF amount has not been paid even after eleven years of his retirement which he is entitled along with statutory interest. Considering the nature of the claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a representation before the respondent no.5, the Superintendent of Police, Arwal, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.17101 of 2017(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 Arwal which will be disposed of within a period of three months.

Any amount pending/dues to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
