The petitioners are in custody in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 623 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419,420, 467, 471, 120 (b), 379 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66, 66 (c) and 66 (D) of the Informant Technology Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are aged about 19 to 22 years. He further submits that allegation against them is that they were involved in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8452 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 preparing the clone of ATM with the help of Laptop and machine. He further submits that they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since22.09.2018. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.09.2018 the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let, the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub Judge-IV, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.
