2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420,467,468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused got the land of the informant fraudulently executed in the name of other accused person.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is merely identifier to the sale deed. He is neither vendor nor vendee of the land in question. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
