(C) Diary No. 21895 of 2022, hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition, reserving his right to approach this Court, in case the aforesaid Special Leave Petition is allowed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Liberty so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
