2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No.79 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have enticed the minor daughter of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad/concerned Court in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024.
