This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Vigilance Police Station Case No. 57 of 2009 corresponding to Special Case No. 45 of 2009, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 477(A), 420, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Moreover, all the accused having similar allegations have already been granted anticipatory bail by difference Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22025 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7539 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2016, Cr. Misc. No. 36539 of 2015, Cr. Misc. No. 10538 of 2016, Cr. Misc. No. 186 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 8991 of 2016 and the case of this petitioner also stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Ist Patna, in connection with Vigilance Police Station Case No. 57 of 2009 corresponding to Special Case No. 45 of 2009, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
