2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, in drunken state, pointed pistol upon son of the informant and also fired, but it did not hit him (informant's son).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are Gotiyas and due to village politics, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Though, it is alleged that this petitioner fired, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
