2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49431 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to communication gap between the petitioner and his counsel, the petitioner was not communicated the order dated 07.08.2019 granting anticipatory bail and as such, the terms thereof could not be complied with within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8185 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49431of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
