Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 321 of 2013 arising out of Amnour P.S. Case No. 98 of 2012 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35194 of 2013 on 21.04.2014 taking into consideration the nature of allegation. I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is again rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
