2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 636 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 379, 385, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Abhinandan Singh is said to have fired but the same hit nobody.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is not said to have fired. He further submits that there is trivial dispute between the parties.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/concerned Court below in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 636 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
