Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by a decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015. He submits that this case may also be disposed of in the similar term like the writ petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 13305 of 2017.

Counsel for the State has no objection in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8712 of 2018 dt.14-05-2018 2/2 disposal of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 17.11.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 13305 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.6 to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of decision in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 if the case of the petitioners is found similar on fact to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015, the benefit arising out of such decision must reach the petitioners within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of this order."
