Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased by iron rod, due to which he succumbed to the injuries. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was a petty dispute between the parties, due to which occurrence took place and there was no repetition of blow and he is in custody since 9.7.2019. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted that as per post mortem report there was one injury on the head caused by hard and blunt substance. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7150 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
