Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 193 of 2021 arising out of Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The present application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 03.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 37120 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 03.01.2022, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer after framing of charge.

In view of the fact that charges have been framed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions Trial No. 193 of 2021 arising out of Bathnaha P.S.
