The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the revised selection proceeding dated 22.11.2014 contained in Annexure-10 whereby the earlier selection of the petitioner dated 16.09.2011 on the post of Lady Supervisor contained in Annexure-4 has illegally been revised as well as quashing the order dated 19.06.2015 passed by respondent No.5

Patna High Court CWJC No.3586 of 2020 dt.02-02-2024 2/2 whereby the petitioner has been relieved from service.

Learned counsel for the State has raised the preliminary objection that the same relief has been challenged earlier in CWJC No. 8770 of 2014 in which vide order dated 22.09.2016 his writ petition was dismissed and against the said dismissal order, LPA 106/2017 was filed which was again dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 25.09.2018 and thereafter, the petitioner has filed the fresh writ petition again.

4. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the firm view that granting opportunity does not mean that he shall file fresh writ petition again. As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
