The petitioner is accused in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337, 504 of the I.P.C., section 27 of the Arms Act and section 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Siwan.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave knife blow at the abdomen of Harbansh Rai, son of the informant and also at the hand of Ram Nakashtra Rai.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 22.01.2015, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected.
