Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, based on paragraph 37 of the writ petition, that petitioner's appeal against the order of termination dated 20.01.2018 passed by the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Purnea, is pending before the Health Commissioner -cum- Secretary, Department of Health.

Since the limited submission is regarding pendency of the appeal, without going into the merits of the submission, this
