Ms. Mahasweta Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in view of subsequent development of institution of an appeal under Section 28(3) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950, before the learned District Judge, Patna, registered as Appeal No. 23 of 2021 against the order dated 15.01.2021 passed by the Board.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks interim protection from this Court during the pendency of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6172 of 2021(4) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 said Appeal No. 23 of 2021. The petitioner is at liberty to seek interim protection before the Court of learned District Judge, Patna.
An intervention application, registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2021, has been filed to intervene in this proceeding. The said application stands disposed of as the writ application is not being pressed.
