2. The present writ application has been preferred for:
Patna High Court CWJC No.15293 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 (i) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents particularly respondent 1 Party to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner from the hands of the respondent 2nd Party.
(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents particularly respondent 2nd Party with direction not to interfere in the peaceful possession over the lands and property of the petitioner.
(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more and as such liberty be granted to his heirs to move afresh.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
