Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision contained in Annexure-7 whereby direction has been issued for lodging FIR against several persons including the petitioner. Remedy against lodging the FIR is available under the Provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and in Criminal Writ Jurisdiction, the present application is not maintainable for quashing of the FIR if lodged pursuant to Annexure-7.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3795 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
