2. Petitioner, father-in-law of the deceased is accused in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304-B/34 of the Penal Code. It is submitted on his behalf that there is general and omnibus allegation against not only husband of the deceased but also other family members of the husband of the deceased, who surrendered and is in jail custody. Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 01.08.2014.

3. In the circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.61/14.
