Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide order dated 20.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19077 of 2020, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled. Without going into the merits of the case, as the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the deceased died within seven years of marriage as also the fact that there is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture, I am not
