2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Fulkaha PS Case No. 129 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons surrounded the son of the informant by means of fists and slaps and also threatened to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10543 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of mere suspicion.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, Araria dated 03.01.2024, it appears that petitioners are lady and no specific allegations are levelled against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 23.09.2023, accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioners are allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Fulkaha PS Case No. 129 of 2023.
