Petitioner is accused in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 registered under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the dead body of Surnendra Singh, brother of the informant, was recovered on 03.04.2015, after three days of the alleged occurrence. Thereafter, on 06.04.2015, one Rahul Kumar gave his statement before the Police to the effect that this petitioner was seen eating meat with the deceased and other persons. Then the police apprehended the petitioner and got recorded the confessional statement showing his involvement in the murder of son of the deceased. Except that, there is nothing

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, District - Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015.
