JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Admittedly there is a provision of appeal against the order dated 05.08.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy by way of filing an appeal against the impugned order dated 05.08.2017, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
