2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the order dated 12.02.2008 contained in Annexure-7 passed by learned Collector, Darbhanga the in Appeal Case No. 116 of 2007-08 by which he has disallowed the appeal on the ground that since Gazette Notification has been published under Section 15(1) of Bihar Land

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the order dated 20.11.2007 contained in Annexure-6 passed by learned Additional Ceiling), Collector Darbhanga (Land Land in Ceiling Case No. 17 of 1973-74 by which he has rejected the objection petition filed by several objectors including the petitioner who were not party to the Ceiling proceeding for exempting their lands from being tagged lands. another with person's lands.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to exempt the lands of this petitioner from the Ceiling proceeding started against Bhagwan Das Daruka as the land in question was purchased by the father of this petitioner through registered sale deed in 1055 and that Bhagwan Das Daruka had no concern at all with that land.

(iv) And/or pass such other order or orders as your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.
