2. The present writ petition has been preferred for : i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated.27.6.2016, passed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent No- 3), in Case No-10/14-15, filed by the petitioners.
ii. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding to the responding authority to
Patna High Court CWJC No.15816 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 recover the 2/3 share of award of Rs 984175.00, which has been given to the Respondent No-4, by the order of Respondent No- 3,on 16.7.2011, and the same amount pay to the petitioners.
iii. For any other appropriate writ/writs, Order/ Orders, Direction/Directions, as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they may be allowed to approach the arbitrator for the redressal of the grievance.
4. State has no objection to it.
5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
6. If any petition is preferred within four weeks, the authority shall see to it that matter was pending before this Court for nine years while disposing of the limitation petition. (Rajiv Roy, J) Raj Ranjan/- U
