The petitioner a Co-operative Fishery Federation, has approached this Court by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing of the entire proceeding in relation to Kapasiya Ghat, Sukhar Ghat and Harjora Ghat, for which a public auction was noticed on 23.08.2018.

3. From the materials available on record, it appears that the public auction dated 23.08.2018 was for settlement of the ghat for the year 2018-2019, which period has already come to an end and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed, having become infructuous.
