The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 registered under Sections 376(D), 420, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66 of I.T. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is lodged after four years of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner, being owner of the restaurant, is quite innocent and has not involved in this case in any way. In fact, the informant had love affair with one Md. Naiz, waiter of his restaurant, who is the main culprit of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
