Case No. 125 of 2019, corresponding to Special Case No. 20 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27(b)(ii), 27(d), 28 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation is of recovery of 2100 bottle of cough syrup from a tempo and petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and except that there is nothing against him and he is in custody since 29.11.2019, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
