On the report submitted by the trial Court and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, it can be presumed that the prosecution witnesses have now been examined. Accordingly, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial latest by 30th November, 2015 and submit compliance report to the Court.

In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is not inclined to consider the matter relating to grant of bail of the petitioner which was earlier rejected by order dated 20.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 14242 of 2014.
