2. This order be read in continuation of the order dated 29.03.2024 by which the opposite party no. 2, the Collector, Rohtas was directed to file show cause under his own signature.

3. Pursuant thereto, the show cause has come on his behalf, is on record, and as per the letter no. 469 dated 19.04.2024, the office of the Executive Engineer, Rural Works

Patna High Court MJC No.372 of 2020(5) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Department, Works Division, Sasaram has requested the petitioner to appear along with all the documents which finds place in the said request letter itself (Annexure-R/D series).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be availing the said opportunity and will be appearing before the competent authority.

5. If the petitioner appears within two weeks before the concerned authority along with all the relevant documents as required and incorporated in the request letter itself and if the same is in order, payment has to be made within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

6. The MJC No. 372 of 2020 stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
