Three persons on the point of fire-arm snatched away a bag from the possession of informant, Priya Ranjan containing Rs. 31,575/- along with a mobile. Furthermore, it has been disclosed that the persons who came in his rescue have disclosed the names of two out of three as Bechan Yadav @ Ranjit Yadav and Santosh Goswami, petitioner. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

From the order impugned, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and is under custody since 08.07.2014. As per para-3 of the bail petition, it is evident that there happens to be absence of criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46621 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 petitioner, Santosh Goswami is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
