Petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P. S. Case No.407 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 386 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor the mobiles which have been used in the alleged crime belonged to petitioner. However, it would appear from perusal of the record as well as case diary that the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7939 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.
