JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate direction to construct Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the plot no. 1344 where Panchayat Bhawan, Pabhera Gram Panchayat Raj under Dhanarua block of Patna district where it is already existing but in bad shape and also sufficient vacant land is available therein; (ii) For a direction upon the respondents to bring on record the order/decision taken to construct Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on the land of cremation ground (Mauza-Pabherea, Thana No. 102, Khata No. 373, Khesra No. 164 measuring an area of 2.86

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate direction to stop construction of newly Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan on Mauza-Pabhera, Thana No. 102, Khata No. 373, Plot No. 164 where functional cremation ground is existed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna by filing appropriate representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
