The petitioner seeks bail in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner gave sword blow on the head of the son of informant, as a result of which he sustained severe head injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR has been lodged after delay of 12 days of the alleged occurrence without any plausible explanation. Both parties are Gotia. Injury sustained by the injured are simple in ature. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
