2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04-07-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46106 of 2022 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. since 14-12-2023. The other co-accused persons, namely, Madan Yadav and Ajit Kumar have been granted bail by this court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of above-said coaccused.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10451 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Bhawika Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class-cum-Munsif-III, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 544 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
