ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 26.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 36335 of 2014.

Perused the report of the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, dated 19.8.2015, from which it appears that the Prosecuting Agency is not taking interest in producing the witnesses. In view of such, I see no reason for earlier order refusing prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, is directed to conclude the Trial of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Parith for which reason, it shall take stringent steps for ensuring attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed.
