Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- (i) For direction/directions, order/orders to the respondent for payment of retirement benefit to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3928 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/3 with 18% interest per annum from the due date. (ii) For direction/directions for respondents to make the payment of the petitioner the amount of gratuity, leave encashment with statutory interest and panel interest over entire dues at the rate of 18% PA alongwith others admissible dues. (iii) For order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to pass appropriate order and make the payment of retiral benefit as the representation dated 24.12.2018. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled under the law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired on 31.1.2018. After retirement, the petitioner has approached the respondents for payment of admissible dues but the same has not been paid to the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has retired, the respondents are hereby directed to take appropriate decision with regard to claim of the petitioner, if not already taken, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order alongwith the calculation chart and ensure payment thereof within the same period, failing which, the petitioner would be entiteled to payment of 9% additional interest from the date of retirement

Patna High Court CWJC No.3928 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 3/3 of the petitioner till the date of actual payment. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
