JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-07-2023 Heard Mr. Subhash Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Ms. Babita Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mrs. Ritika Rani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that all the payments have been made to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2651 of 2023 dt.13-07-2023 2/2 including P.P.O. has already been issued by the Accountant General, Bihar to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui.

3. It appears that the P.P.O. has not been sent to the Treasury Officer, Jamui. If that is the case, the Superintendent of Police, Jamui must ensure to send the P.P.O., if not already send to the Treasury Officer, Jamui forthwith within a period of two days. The Treasury Officer, Jamui must ensure that amount are credited into the Bank account of the petitioner forthwith.

4. The above exercise is undertaken by the Superintendent of Police, Jamui and the Treasury Officer, Jamui not beyond a period of one weeks.

5. In case, the petitioner finds that due to laches on the part of any of the respondents, this order has not been complied with, in that case, the petitioner is free to take legal action against the concerned respondents in accordance with law.

6. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
