In the background of continued illicit relationship with Nanad of informant, Sanju Devi (later on died) which was resisted at her end, there was quarrel in between the spouses and in the aforesaid background, it has been alleged that petitioner along with others so named therein, sprinkled K-oil while husband lit fire. From the order impugned, it is apparent that informant died on 01.09.2014.

It is further evident from the order impugned that whatever allegation happens to be, that remained only against husband and on account thereof, petitioner, Jagdish Tanti is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
