Ziaul Quamar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Bilash Roy Raman, learned APP for the State The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03 / 02 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43100 of 2021 wherein in the operative portion of the order it has inadvertently been typed as "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj" in place of "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Araria" as the same typographical error was there in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 03 / 02 / 2022 to the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12228 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 extent.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 03 / 02 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43100 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in the operative portion of the order it may be read as "to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria" in place of "to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate , Kishanganj ". The modification petition stands allowed.
