2.The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with C.R.Case No. 1724 of 2021.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner failed to execute the sale deed after accepting Rs. 1,50,000/- in terms of the agreement itself.

4. Earlier the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre under order dated 23.07.2025. The report of the learned Mediator dated 26.09.2025 is annexed with the record at Flag-M, which shows that the matter has mutually been settled between the parties.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/concerned court in connection with C.R.Case No. 1724 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that if any of the parties resiles from the terms and conditions of the agreement settled between the parties, the court below shall pass appropriate order, in this regard.
