The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 196/2017 dated 01.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 69 litres of liquour is said to have been recovered from a public place namely, a road and one Abhimanu Yadav is said to have been arrested. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the statement of aforesaid Abhimanu Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8801 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery either from him or his constructive possession and he has clean antecedent. For the aforestated reason, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 196/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
