The petitioner is in custody since 31.7.2014 in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.69 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had requested the deceased Rajeev Kumar Singh to bring his wife and family to his native Village Neema since his father had died. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the dead body of said Rajeev Kumar Singh was found one kilometer away from Neema and apart from the statement that the petitioner had asked him to bring his family to Village-Neema, there is no cogent material to connect him with the present case. Learned counsel for the State has referred to paragraph 20 of the case diary, wherein a confused version of the occurrence has been given and there is no further material in the case diary to connect the petitioner with the present case. Considering the aforementioned submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the materials in the case diary, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Rajesh Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghatti, Distt.
