2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 25.1.21 at about 7:30 PM, while wife of the informant was purchasing some items from the shop, meanwhile, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, who were already standing at the shop from before, started abusing and when wife of the informant protested, accused persons assaulted her with sword and snatched Rs. 2000/- from her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no allegation of specific overt act against him. Specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7594 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 accusation of assault is against co-accused Chandan Bind who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble court vide order dated 20.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72426 of 2021. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Danapur in connection with Sigori P. S. Case No. 24 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
