ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 07-10-2015 Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20728 of 2014.

Perused the report of the Trial Court from which it appears that charges have been framed.

Considering such aspect of the matter, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.209 of 2013 pending before the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara, is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date
