ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 07-10-2015 Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2362 of 2013.

Considering that now the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions, I see no reason to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Delha P.S. Case No.56 of 2011 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination after framing of Charge along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21621 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
