The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 giving rise to Special Case No.60 of 2017.

The report of the trial Judge dated 15.03.2021 reveals that the trial is fixed for final argument.

In the circumstance, this application for regular bail is disposed of with direction to the trial Judge to conclude the trial within three months.
