The petitioner is accused in connection with Spl. Case No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case (G.R.P.) No. 374 of 2019 registered under Section 401/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 (b) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4466 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 30817 of 2020 on 23.01.2020 and 03.03.2021 respectively. In view of the order dated 03.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30817 of 2020, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months. He further submits that six months have

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-XXII, Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Patna Junction Rail P.S. Case (G.R.P.) No. 374 of 2019.
